Do you accept insurance??
Yes! I accept most insurance pans, subject to your plan details, such as deductible and co-pays or co-insurance. There are a few plans that do not cover chiropractic care. If your plan does not cover chiropractic care, I can offer an affordable solution.
Does chiropractic care hurt?
Usually not. But, if a person tenses up at the moment of the adjustment, or has an underlying problem, there may be some pain or discomfort.
Do you accept walk-ins, or do I have to schedule an appointment?
Walk-ins are always welcome. However, for your first visit, please call to arrange the best time for you.

There are almost 40 techniques in chiropractic. I mainly use a hands on technique called "Diversified". I also use "Activator Method", "Thompson" or a table assisted technique and Logan Basic Technique.
Do you also offer other therapies?
Yes. I offer ice or heat therapy, electrical muscle stimulation (TENS), intersegmental traction (similar to massage rollers) and I can offer stretching and strengthening exercises. I also offer Dry Needling, which is similar to acupuncture.
Do you perform acupuncture?
No. But, I do offer something very similar called "superficial dry needling". Dry needling uses the same needles, and are inserted only 1 to 2 millimeters in the skin at the area of concern. These needles remain in place for 60 to 90 seconds.
